The 2020 Appendix III to the Standard Reinsurance Agreement and the Livestock Price Reinsurance Agreement (Appendix III) has been updated with approved modifications. Appendix III is available electronically via the Risk Management Agency (RMA) website at www.rma.usda.gov/en/Policy-and-Procedure/ under the Appendix III/M- 13 directory.

Modifications in the 2020 Appendix III include:

• Data narrative update for implementing Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) Information and Security Standards and Guidelines

• Revised Approved Insurance Provider (AIP) Information System Security Compliance Deliverables; and
• Revised RMA-AIP Interconnection Security Agreement template.

• Farm Bill implementation:

• Actual Production History reporting requirements; and
• Veteran Farmer and Rancher benefits.

• Other crop insurance program changes are:

• New commodity Hybrid Vegetable Seed (0066); and
• Modified P57 Quality Control Reporting Record and a new P57A Quality Control Review Correction Record.
