In accordance with Section 3 of the ARPI Crop Provisions, approved final county yields and final county revenues for 2014 crop year corn, soybeans, and grain sorghum will be available by close of business today in the following formats: • Actuarial Information Browser (AIB) online reporting application • Actuarial Data Master (ADM) bulk data file download: http://www.rma.usda.gov/FTP/References/actuarial_data_master/2014 • Summary listing: http://www.rma.usda.gov/FTP/Miscellaneous_Files/Area_Yield_Data/Final_Yields In some situations, the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) was unable to publish a county estimate on the same basis as the offer available. Where NASS was unable to publish a county estimate, Risk Management Agency (RMA) determined the final county yield in accordance with the ARPI basic provisions. The attachment identifies the RMA basis for final county yield determination in the affected counties with policies. DISPOSAL DATE December 31, 2015

Description of RMA Determinations
(Includes information reported to RMA as of April 13, 2015) Total for Crop / Planted Yield - calculated as the acre-weighted average of 2014 yields reported to RMA as actual yields by crop insurance program participants in the county for the given commodity. Total for Crop / Harvested Yield - calculated as the acre-weighted average of non-zero 2014 yields reported to RMA as actual yields by crop insurance program participants in the county. If a participant was found to have un-harvested acreage claim(s) in 2014, acreage and appraised production from these claims was not included to assure yields were on a harvested basis consistent with the insurance offer.
Irrigated Total / Harvested Yield - calculated as the acre-weighted average of non-zero 2014 irrigated yields reported to RMA as actual yields by crop insurance program participants in the county for the given commodity. If a participant was found to have un-harvested acreage claim(s) in 2014, acreage and appraised production from these claims was not included to assure yields were on a harvested basis consistent with the insurance offer. Non-Irrigated Total / Harvested Yield - calculated as the acre-weighted average of non-zero 2014 irrigated yields reported to RMA as actual yields by crop insurance program participants in the county for the given commodity. If a participant was found to have un-harvested acreage claim(s) in 2014, acreage and appraised production from these claims was not included to assure yields were on a harvested basis consistent with the insurance offer.
