Actual Revenue History (ARH) Sweet Cherry Crop Provisions and ARH Tart Cherry Crop Provisions - 2020 and Succeeding Crop Years

The Risk Management Agency (RMA) has revised the ARH Sweet Cherry Crop Provisions and ARH Tart Cherry Crop Provisions to incorporate changes in response to industry input and feedback from stakeholders. The ARH Sweet Cherry Crop Provisions (20-0057-Sweet) and ARH Tart Cherry Crop Provisions (20-0057-Tart) are effective for the 2020 and succeeding crop years.

ARH Sweet Cherry Crop Provisions

  • Revised definition for unit division to be consist amongst both cherry programs.
  • Added language allowing written agreements for certain counties in Michigan.

ARH Tart Cherry Crop Provisions

  • Revised definition for annual price for diverted production.
  • Revised definition for unit division to be consist amongst both cherry programs.
  • Added language allowing written agreements for Ottawa County in Michigan.

RMA will place, by close of business today, the ARH Sweet Cherry Crop Provisions and the ARH Tart Cherry Crop Provisions for the 2020 crop year on the RMA website at www.rma.usda.gov/.
