2016 ADM Price updated for the harvest price announcement, PM-16-051, 6/30 and 11/30 filings.
2016 ADM Quality duplicate and/or erroneous rows are now marked with a deleted date for Quality ID 9 - Burley Tobacco and Quality ID 10 - Flue Cured Tobacco, 11/30 filing.
