Nursery Crop Provisions - 2019 and Succeeding Crop Years
The Risk Management Agency (RMA) has revised the Nursery Crop Provisions to incorporate changes made in the Final Rule published in the Federal Register on January 31, 2018. The Nursery Crop Provisions (19-0073) are effective for the 2019 and succeeding crop years.
Action
RMA will place, by close of business today, the Nursery Crop Provisions for the 2019 crop year on the RMA website at www.rma.usda.gov/.
Interested producers should contact a crop insurance agent for further information. A list of
agents can be found on the Risk Management Agency (RMA) website at www.rma.usda.gov/.
