Hurricane Insurance Protection-Wind Index (HIP-WI) - Updated IBTrACS dataset for 2022 hurricane season
On May 15, 2023, the International Best Track Archive for Climate Stewardship (IBTrACS) updated the dataset for the 2022 hurricane season. In accordance with Section 9(d) of the HIP-WI Endorsement and the Hurricane Data Provisions, approved counties will have an updated payment flag and triggering event date available by close of business today in the following formats:
