Crop Insurance Deadline Nears in Mississippi

JACKSON, Miss., Feb. 10, 2016 – USDA’s Risk Management Agency (RMA) reminds Mississippi producers that the final date to apply for Whole-Farm Revenue Protection and insurance coverage on corn, cotton, soybeans, rice, grain sorghum, and peanuts is February 28. Current policyholders who wish to make changes to their existing policies also have until the sales closing date to do so.
