PM-24-039.2 Expanding Options for Specialty and Organic Growers (EOSOG) Final Rule Effective for the 2025 and Succeeding Crop Years
BACKGROUND:
The Risk Management Agency (RMA) issued Product Management Bulletin PM-24-039 on June 27, 2024, announcing changes to several policies under the Expanding Options for Specialty and Organic Growers (EOSOG) Final Rule. The Common Crop Insurance Provisions Basic Provisions, Area Risk Protection Insurance Basic Provisions, and 7 individual Crop Provisions were released at that time.
