Common Crop Insurance Policy 1
The 2021 CY harvest prices shown below are approved for the following plans of insurance: Revenue Protection and Revenue Protection with Harvest Price Exclusion. The harvest prices are applicable for the crop, sales closing date, states and practices indicated in the following table.

The 2021 CY harvest prices shown below are approved for the following plans of insurance: Revenue Protection; Area Revenue Protection; Revenue Protection with Harvest Price Exclusion; and Area Revenue Protection with the Harvest Price Exclusion. The harvest prices are applicable for the crops, sales closing dates, states, practices, and types indicated in the following table.
The Risk Management Agency (RMA) published a Final Rule with Comment in the Federal Register, effective for the 2017 and succeeding crop years, which revised the Crop Provisions that contained Prevented Planting coverage levels for all crops with a 2017 contract change date on or after November 23, 2016, and for the 2018 and succeeding crop years for all crops with a 2017 contract change date prior to November 23, 2016.
