RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 30, 2022 — The USDA’s Risk Management Agency (RMA) reminds Delaware and West Virginia barley and winter wheat producers that the final date to apply for crop insurance coverage for the 2023 crop year is September 30, 2022.
