Changes have been made to the Annual Forage policy under the Rainfall and Vegetation Index Plan Common Policy for the 2016 crop year to incorporate changes required by the Agriculture Act of 2014. The following revisions have been made to the Annual Forage plan program for the 2016 crop year: • Incorporated Native Sod Provisions;

• Section 7(b) was modify to require reporting of irrigated practice if required by the Actuarial Documents;

• Revised Section 11 of the Annual Forage Crop Provisions to provide clarity on when other insurance is applicable; and
