The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) has expanded the number of counties where certain crops are insurable for the 2017 crop year. The 2021 Appendix III to the Standard Reinsurance Agreement and the Livestock Price Reinsurance Agreement (Appendix III) has been updated with approved modifications. Appendix III is available electronically via the Risk Management Agency (RMA) website at www.rma.usda.gov/Policy-and-Procedure under the Appendix III/M-13 directory.

Forage Seeding
The Risk Management Agency (RMA) is amending the Forage Seeding Crop Insurance Provisions via final rule with request for comments. The final rule with request for comment was published in the Federal Register on December 10, 2018. The intended effect of this action is to update the policy to better reflect current agricultural practices.
